Lactation Classes

Joy N Birth offers Lactation classes for the expecting family. Our classes are taught by April Howton, a certified Lactation Educator through CAPPA. April has personally breastfed all five of her children and is happy to work with you and your family before birth and postpartum.

We also offer at home or hospital breastfeeding calls, meaning if you need or wish for additional assistance in Breastfeeding and would like personal attention, we are more than happy to come to the hospital or home to assist you and your breastfeeding needs. Fee is $25 per visit

The class’s times and dates are as follows:

Lactation Class: (Private or Class) $45 Each Couple

• Every last Thursday of each month beginning at 6pm-8:30pm
