throughout your cycle; the three primary fertility signs and how to observe and chart them; the
four rules of fertility awareness; identifying potential fertility problems; charting through special
circumstances, such as breastfeeding and menopause; and how charting your fertility can improve
your overall health.
Fee includes class instruction, one follow-up meeting to review your charts, and online support as
needed.
